The rights granted to data subjects within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) have been determined.
In accordance with Article 13/1 of the Law, you can submit your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In this context, by filling out this form on your rights mentioned in Article 11 of the Law, together with the information and documents that are the basis of the request through the following channels;

You must forward it. This form has been prepared only for the sake of clarity of your request. Other applications, provided that they meet the above conditions, are also taken into account. On the other hand, applications made other than the means specified above, or applications with insufficient documents confirming the identity, are not processed in order to ensure data security until these deficiencies are corrected. In this context, the Company reserves the right to request all kinds of confirming information and documents in order to be able to identify, or to request an explanation in cases where the request is not clear.
We will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date it reaches us, depending on its nature. In the event that there is an additional cost related to the conclusion of your request, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested by you. Your requests will be answered in writing to your address given below in accordance with Article 13/3 of the Law, or by sending them to your e-mail address below or to your security e-mail address in electronic form. For this reason, make sure that the personal data given below is correct and that you are authorized to share this personal data.
