Low Eyelid (Ptosis)
Ptosis is a medical term that refers to drooping of the eyelid. As a result of weakening, stretching or damage of the muscles that control the movement of the eyelid, it causes the eyelid to droop lower than it should. This can affect one or both eyelids and may occur gradually or suddenly over time.
