He completed his primary and secondary education in Rize and graduated from Rize High School in the 1988-1989 academic year. In 1990, he won the KTU Faculty of Medicine and started his medical education. Between 1993-1997, he served as the president of the medical faculty student association and the general secretary of the KTU Student Association. He was elected as the chairman of TÖBAK (Medical Students Scientific Research Branch), which was established within the Faculty of Medicine in 1994. it happened. In the same year, he was appointed as a general practitioner to the Erdoğdu health center within the Ministry of Health, and after working in this position for 1 year, he was appointed to the 112 Emergency Service Branch Manager. He passed the TUS exam in September 2002 and started his specialty training in February 2003 at the KTU Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pediatric Surgery. He won the deputy representative election in 2003 and served as the deputy representative for 5 years. He completed his specialization training on 05.05.2008 and became a pediatric surgeon. In 2008, he was appointed as a Pediatric Surgeon Specialist at Bayburt State Hospital within the scope of the 20th term state service obligation draw. In 2009, he was appointed to Trabzon Maternity and Children's Hospital. He has been working as a Pediatric Surgeon Specialist in our hospital since 2011.

Ali Alperen is married, has two children and speaks English.
