Banu Taşkın graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2002. She started working as a research assistant in the Dermatology Department at the same university. After becoming a Skin and Venereal Diseases Specialist in 2009, she worked in Dermatological Surgery, Dermato-Cosmetology, Dermatological Allergy, Dermoscopy and Phototherapy departments.
