Opr. Dr. Barış Özgürol

I was born in Ankara in 1980. After spending my primary, secondary and high school years in different schools in Turkey, I graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. Until 2011, I received assistant training at Gazi University, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology. On Spine Surgery. In 2011, I started compulsory overtime at Bulancak State Hospital. In 2013, Giresun Prof. Dr. I started working at İlhan Özdemir Hospital. Until 2015, I served Giresun, where I also attended high school, fondly and willingly. In 2015, I moved to Beylikdüzü Kolan Hospital and started to serve in Istanbul. I joined Levent Hospital in 2018 and after serving in this hospital until April 2022, I started accepting patients at my own place in Nişantaşı Rumeli Caddesi.

During my medical education, I mainly worked on traumas, sports surgery and knee hip replacement revisions. During my specialization, I attended the Shoulder and Ankle Arthroscopy courses organized by Gazi University many times, both as a researcher and as an instructor. In 2012, I became a TOTEK member by passing the Board exam organized by the Turkish Orthopedics and Traumatology Association.
