He was born in Ankara in 1972. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. He graduated from KTU Faculty of Medicine in 1995. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ankara Zekai Tahir Burak Training and Research Hospital between 1996-2001. She joined the Turkish Gynecology Association in 1997. She became a member. She worked as a Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist at Hopa State Hospital in Hopa district of Artvin between 2001-2007.
