She graduated from the Department of Psychology at Haliç University in 2014 and completed her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at the same university with her thesis on "Investigation of the Relationship Between Sexual Dysfunctions and Attachment Styles in Married Couples".

Within the framework of the Erasmus program, he went to the Netherlands Saxion University and attended psychodrama classes, attended trainings in the psychiatric hospital in the region and made observations.

She served in psychological counseling centers between 2014-2017.

Currently, she provides services to children-adolescents, adults, couples and families within the body of Leyla Kılıç Psychology Clinic, which she founded in 2017 in Izmit.

She provides services in the clinics that she has contracted with on certain days of the week in Istanbul.
