He was born in Trabzon in 1972. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Trabzon. After graduating from Trabzon High School in 1988, he won the KTU Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He graduated in 1995. After performing his compulsory service at Ağrı Eleskirt State Hospital between 1995-1997. After that, he worked as a Health Center Doctor in Trabzon Çömlekçi Health Center for 7 months. In 1998, he started his specialization in Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine, General Surgery Department. He did his military service in Mamak, Ankara for a short-term payment in 2000. He completed his specialization on November 5, 2003. After working as a Specialist Doctor in KTU General Surgery Department for 1 year, he became a General Surgery Specialist at Rize 82nd Year State Hospital between 2004-2007. worked as
