Spc. Dr. Süleyman Metin

He graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Faculty in 2004.
 

In 2010, he completed his specialization in Aerospace Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine at the Gülhane Military Medical Academy.
 

He served as a specialist physician at the GATA Department of Underwater Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine, the GATA Department of Aerospace Medicine, and the Eskişehir Military Hospital Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Center. He also worked as a faculty member at the Health Sciences University Department of Aerospace Medicine.
 

Between 2022 and 2024, he undertook roles as a "jury member for astronaut selection" and "health and training consultant for space travelers" in the "First Human Space Mission of Our Country" project.
 

He oversaw the training and medical evaluations of Turkey's first astronaut, Alper Gezeravcı.
In 2024, he began working at the Samsun Oksibar Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Center.
