How to Use Turmeric?

Turmeric is a spice with a distinct flavor. Due to this characteristic, it's important to pay attention to the amount of turmeric used. Turmeric can be used in meals, and it can also be added to warm milk or water, providing a pleasant taste experience in beverages with moderate temperatures. If these alternatives are not suitable for you, you can mix turmeric with yogurt and consume it. You can also add it to your beverages for a different experience.

How Does Curcumin Aid in Weight Loss?

  • Curcumin, which speeds up the digestive system, is also an effective gas reliever. This spice, particularly favored by those aiming for weight loss, plays a significant role in fighting obesity.
  • Curcumin can be added to boiled vegetables suitable for your diet, along with a tablespoon of olive oil. It can also be mixed with yogurt. This mixture provides a satisfying and nutritious option for snacks and can be consumed with lean chicken as well.
  • Curcumin accelerates metabolism, but remember to exercise regularly while consuming it. You can enrich your snacks by adding curcumin to warm milk.

Bentonite and Curcumin

Bentonite plays a crucial role in creating controlled-release systems for active pharmaceutical ingredients due to its ability to transport these agents. This approach enhances the effectiveness of drug therapy while minimizing side effects. Products containing Bentonite and Curcumin have increased the absorption of Curcumin, which has low intestinal absorption, by 2000 times, resulting in a four-fold increase in bioavailability. Studies published on PubMed show that solving the absorption issue of Curcumin contributes to the treatment of cancer, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, osteoporosis, lowering cholesterol and triglycerides, reducing uric acid, lowering cancer markers, reducing elevated PSA levels, and aiding osteoarthritis treatment. Nearly 20 cancer centers across Turkey have reported increased treatment success using liquid dietary supplements containing Bentonite and Curcumin in addition to standard treatments.

Why Should We Use Curcumin Extract?

  1. Cancer Protection: Compounds found in Curcuma longa extract have the ability to identify and eliminate cancer cells formed in the body.
  2. These compounds balance inflammation and oxidative stress, preventing the formation of cancer. Inflammation and oxidative stress are among the fundamental causes of cancer.
  3. Due to various factors in daily life and unbalanced nutrition, toxic substances can accumulate in the body. These substances are taken into the body as harmful chemicals and usually accumulate in the digestive system, negatively affecting liver function (e.g., chemotherapy drugs). Metabolic detoxification can be compromised. Curcuma longa extract stands out with research that produces positive results in this area.
  4. Many serious health problems, including autoimmune diseases, are based on DNA and cellular damage and irregular metabolic processes. Curcuminoids are important for stimulating biological clocks and mechanisms to detect and repair damage.
  5. Cancer Treatment: Over 5,000 studies worldwide confirm that Curcumin positively affects cancer cells. Moreover, many studies show that when Curcumin is administered to patients receiving chemotherapy, it optimizes the function of chemotherapy drugs rather than just increasing their effectiveness. In other words, it is becoming preferable because it increases the effectiveness of chemotherapy drugs from 5% to 25%, reduces liver damage, and allows for a more comfortable and extended treatment process.
  6. In various cities in Turkey, some oncologists include Curcuma longa extract in their prescriptions. In practices where Curcuma longa extract is taken seriously alongside chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments, positive results have been observed in patients' overall conditions and medication applications.
