A New Union

Healthcare workers have been divided, healthcare workers have been fragmented, healthcare workers have been weakened, healthcare workers have been disempowered. It is essential for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, midwives, dietitians, anesthesia technicians, radiology technicians, to unite under a single union. This union should promote complete unity and consolidate power.

There are numerous civil society organizations where doctors have split apart. Separate unions have been established with various derivatives of the word "doctor", and there are also nurse unions and primary care physician unions. We are forming a new union. The name of this union is 'TIPSEN,' which stands for 'MEDICAL UNION.'

Better days are not far away. We invite everyone to come together.
