The breast functions as an active tissue from the moment it starts to develop during puberty until death. It is not a fixed texture. Therefore, it develops very rapidly and shows very different variations. It is a tissue that changes during the menstrual period of women, before or after birth, due to the conditions brought by age, and it never stays the same. Normally, benign lesions or malignant lesions of this tissue can occur within itself.

Breast diseases are examined in the basic framework as benign and malignant. Malignant breast diseases are breast cancer. Benign breast diseases also include diseases that may occur in the breast tissue and breast inflammation in nursing mothers.

Breastfeeding mothers experience discomforts in which milk residues or small cracks occur on the nipples, which occur due to both inexperience and lack of care. These ailments cause pain to the mother as well as hinder the feeding of the baby. Inflammation in cracks causes pain and fever. Diseases caused by the enlargement of the milk ducts due to breastfeeding can also be included in the framework of breast diseases.

Another factor that covers breast diseases is fibrocytes in the breast. These fibrocytes are one of the disorders that occur frequently in 8 out of 10 women. These cases are benign cysts. 2, 3, 4 mm in the breast tissue. They are in a small structure like a small one, and they are spread around the breast with the liquid inside. These cysts are not associated with tumor tissue or cancerous tissue. It is divided into two as macro cyst and micro cyst. Microcysts, 10 mm. cysts below. They are usually under control with follow-up, and when they have pain, drug treatment can be applied. They can be kept under control with special drugs. Macro cysts, on the other hand, are called cysts over 10 mm. 10 – 15 – 20 mm. They have increasing diameters such as in suspected microcysts, the fluid inside can be drained by performing ultrasound-guided fine needle biopsy. It is sent to pathology for examination. If it is persistently painful or prominent, it can be removed as a result of surgical intervention. Surgical intervention in fibrocytes is a very rare practice in the world.
