E.g.; When you consume a spoiled food, the body may react like nausea and vomiting in a very short time and ruin your comfort in a very short time. In addition, some foods can cause some people's body to react adversely. This is called an allergic reaction. Considering today's conditions, many foods consumed on foot due to difficult life conditions and intense work tempo affect the immunity of your body in a negative way.

The immune system plays a very important role in the human body. This is important for the body to form its own defense against diseases. For this reason, we can adversely affect the immune system in our body, especially by consuming ready-made foods. Not only food, but also mood disorders due to heavy living conditions and the consequent border and stress also reduce immunity.

Ways to Boost Immunity

The immune system of the human body can be strengthened or weakened due to many reasons. As a result, the immune system gains a resistance against diseases. In fact, we do not call this to strengthen immunity, but 'How can we keep our immunity strong'? If we say that, we will form a more correct sentence. Because the most important thing we need to do to keep our immunity strong is to eat alkaline. Therefore, even by avoiding acidic foods, we can make our immunity more resistant to diseases. For example, we can do this by not consuming drinks with a high acid content, such as cola. And it is possible to do this by drinking water with a higher alkalinity rate. If the alkali rate is high, it means “water with a high PH rate”. The PH rate is written on all of the waters anyway. A human body with a high alkaline rate always fights against diseases more resistantly, and accordingly, the risk of getting the disease decreases.

Of course, we do not say that we can keep our immunity stronger by doing these things, but we can say that this is basically what needs to be known. Because it is accompanied by a number of vitamins and minerals that the body needs.

One of the ways to follow for a balanced and natural nutrition is to make a list of food and drinkers within a weekly plan. Of course, things called junk food should not be bought during shopping. By keeping a diary, you can record your mood and what you eat and drink every day. While doing all these, of course, you need to have a strong will. The Importance of Vitamin D

Vitamin D is not a vitamin that many people do not know and benefit from by acting unconsciously, it is actually a hormone found in our body. But all you have to do is activate it. The most natural way to do this is to sunbathe. Yes, you heard right, “sunbathing”. Even if our hands are in contact with the sun for a maximum of half an hour at certain times of the day, it will ensure that we get enough vitamin D.
