What Are the Stages of Red Beet Detox?

  • Detox phase: This is the main phase where beetroot and other healthy foods are consumed. It is also important to drink enough water.

Gradually, foods loaded with toxins such as processed foods, sugary foods and alcohol can be reintroduced to the menu.
