What is Glutathione?

Glutathione is a molecule composed of three amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine, and glycine. It is an important antioxidant in the human body, constantly neutralizing free radicals and reactive toxic substances. It plays a crucial role in maintaining health and protecting against diseases. It is especially essential in preventing the damage caused by factors like smoking and alcohol consumption.
