  • Smoking also has great effects on skin health. While we can understand that non-smokers do not smoke even from their skin, we can understand that smokers smoke from their skin. Individuals exposed to skin disorders feel bad and this puts the person under stress.
  • Negative effects on oral and dental health. You are likely to be familiar with the way cigarettes can cause your teeth to turn yellow. Apart from this situation, it also damages your gums. Since it slows the blood circulation to your gums, you also experience gum problems.
  • Risk of brain hemorrhage. Smoking increases the risk of brain bleeding and negatively affects your brain functions. It also has other effects on the brain.
