Menstrual pain usually occurs with the recognition of the menstrual events that women regularly follow every month. It may cause mild pain in some women, but others may feel more severe. Herbal remedies you can do at home can alleviate or alleviate menstrual cramps that limit a woman's daily movement.

Pain that starts before bleeding during the menstrual period is the pain that occurs in the form of cramps in the abdomen and uterus, which is felt more during periods of intense bleeding. During menstruation, the uterus contracts due to the regulated secretions of menstrual bleeding. Therefore, blood flow and oxygen to this area are reduced. The main cause of menstrual pain is lack of oxygen. This is why promoting blood circulation is recommended for menstrual cramps.

First, lie down on the bed to relax your body. While doing this, be careful to breathe slowly and deeply, concentrating on your breathing. Since your body is tense due to pain, relaxation exercises will relax the tense parts of the body and reduce your pain. You can apply pressure to the lower abdomen by heating a towel or with the help of a hot water bag.

The heat will increase blood circulation, thus reducing pain. The most common cause of this pain is uterine contractions. If the uterus contracts too forcefully during menstruation, contraction of this muscle can put pressure on nearby blood vessels. This pressure temporarily stops blood flow around the uterus. Not having enough oxygen in that area can cause great pain.
