In this article, we will focus on how the individual and organizational managers in the organization can increase Organizational Creativity. To define it briefly;

Organization: It is the name given to the organization formed by human communities or systems that have come together for common purposes. It would be correct to examine institutions and businesses that want to realize creativity individually and in a group context.

Individual: It is the evaluation of people as singular. We have defined the concept of organization in the top title, and in this title, we will focus on what the individual should do in organizational creativity.

If we need to define the concept of time under this title; Time is an accumulable and irreversible phenomenon that human activities follow between a beginning and an end. When we look at the management approach, we see that there have been conferences on activities such as Industry 4.0 in the last 10 years. This situation is likely to be evaluated on the basis of creativity within the organization. Production activities are simple and programmable with today's technology. Production is easy, but we face marketing and motivation problems within the organization. It will be possible to say that creative ergonomics is necessary to improve the current conditions of the individual in the organization and creativity and advertising are indispensable for the realization of sales. As it can be seen, we see that businesses and institutions that invested heavily in production activities in the classical period spend these cost items on activities such as creativity and advertising, and this would be a correct conclusion to be reached by our readers.

Evaluation of Management Approach Affecting Organizational Creativity

In this title, we will talk about the effect of management on creativity activities. In this context, if we need to define the concept of manager;

Manager: In existing businesses, the unit that is responsible for the operation of the business chosen by the owner of the business is called the managerial process and activities in the name of these activities. As the management is limited within the organization, in some family businesses, the manager and the owner of the business can be the same person. But in this regard, the manager, the owner of the business will be discussed in the same link. It is not possible for organizations and individuals to carry out creative activities alone. It is essential that creativity activities within the enterprise should be supported and encouraged in a coordinated manner by the management staff within the enterprise. In this context, they can develop creativity activities and include them in the production of goods and services. Or they can include it in the services after the production takes place. Managers in businesses can affect the creativity activities in the business positively as well as negatively.
