A panic attack is a crisis experienced when an individual has suffered a severe anxiety trauma. Panic attack, which is seen in almost every person today, is a psychological disorder.   • Increased numbness

  • The person feels like dying.

WHAT IS THE TREATMENT OF PANIC ATTACKS?

Since it is not a physical condition, psychotherapy should be applied together with support and medication. Drug treatment applied to regulate the brain nerves lasts at least 2 years. In addition, the specialist doctor often recommends exercises. The reason for this is that it should be done so that the body can receive oxygen comfortably. Breathing is especially important. People with panic attacks should take a deep breath for 10 counts and let it go, as they will experience the crisis beforehand. A panicked person should never smell heavy odors such as onions and cologne, which raises these nerve cells even more. At the same time, they should constantly consume foods such as pineapple, yogurt, buttermilk, dark chocolate, lemon, carrot, kiwi, banana and tomato.
