For this reason, giving up bad habits and switching to new habits may give you the thought that something is wrong. The brain may resist changing from the order to which it is accustomed. The solution is to take ownership of what you feel is wrong. Transitioning to different habits can take time.

Reward Yourself

Self-discipline does not include negative situations such as eating tasteless food, being deprived of sleep, being tired. In fact, if you don't reward yourself, you'll make a lot of mistakes, get frustrated, and go back to your old habits. This is something you won't like. For this reason, you should reward yourself in the process of gaining self-discipline.

Self-discipline and sleep are directly related to each other. Good quality and adequate sleep is of great importance in order to focus, concentrate and work efficiently. When you don't get enough sleep, it negatively impacts your mood, judgment, focus, overall health, and nutrition.
